I love to shop; I take pictures of friends and family like the paparazzi; I prefer to dine out but don’t mind cooking. I enjoy reading, listening to ‘old skool’ r&b, surfing the net, perusing the cultural arts scene, and of course-- hanging with my girls. I'm a vegetarian but I’m absolutely passionate about food! Working out is a fairly recent endeavor that I have learned to embrace; it definitely helps me to stay balanced—in addition to writing and the grace of GOD! Gotta love Him!
Biography
I am a girly girl; I’m simply complex and passionate about the people and things that I love. I’m an educator, an aunt, and among many other things—a lover of life. I came from California to go to school in Atlanta 2 weeks after my 18th birthday and never looked back. California is my first love; it’s always going to be home no matter where I go. Atlanta, however, is the place where I grew into womanhood and learned how to stand on my own. I’ve had triumphs and trials and I still have much more to accomplish. I am grown-- but I’m still growing, learning, and striving to live a victorious life. My days are full of twists and turns, highs and lows; so, I do what I can to channel, achieve, and maintain simple bliss. Welcome to my world and enjoy the ride!
