The glam set celebrated skirt! magazine's second anniversary in Atlanta June 19 on the rooftop of MidCity Lofts. Editrix Stephanie Davis greeted actress Debbie Allen, R&B singer Patti Austin, designer and "Movie and a Makeover" host Cinda Boomershine, jeweler Mark Edge, "Project Runway's" Mychael Knight, singer-songwriter Sonia Leigh and Chef Ricardo Ullio. The fete featured a spread from Marlow's Tavern and libations including signature skirtinis as DJ Ruckus devised the evening's soundtrack. ...
