The W Opening

The party was great. The buzz has been huge. Rande Gerber's W hotel opened last week with a party that had over 1000 guests!

But hmmmmm...did anyone else notice the blatant copying of the Destination Skirt! party theme last year? Imitation is the greatest form of flattery, so I won't make too big of a fuss about it. I'll just say this, we had airplane ticket invites that ripped. They had airplane ticket invites that ripped. We had 1960s flight attendant cocktail waitresses. They had 1960s flight attendant cocktail waitresses. We had flight wings on, they had flight wings on.

It's good to know that skirt! Atlanta is such a trendsetter. But our 2nd Annual Destination Skirt! party this month will blow everyone’s minds. I can’t wait! All in all, the party was a blast. They did a wonderful job. The drinks and food were delish. Hottie Jason Lewis from Sex and the City was there along with all my other media-type regular friends. I also made the WSBTv news hour with my buddies.
